Aspartame comes as a white powder at room temperature.It is a kind of natural functional oligosaccharide.It has high sweetness,is not easy to deliquescent and does not cause dental caries.Aspartame can be used as a sugar substitute in beverages,pharmaceutical products or sugar-free chewing gum because of its low calorie content and high sweetness.

阿斯巴甜用于制作下列無糖、低熱量和減肥節(jié)食產(chǎn)品。
飲料：汽水一類的起泡或無泡的無酒精飲料，水果汁和果醬。
餐桌用糖：壓縮甜味劑、粉狀甜味劑(用小匙撮取)，小袋裝甜味劑，以及桌面方便用甜味液。
干混：冷、熱巧克力與飲料拌混，或用于方便甜食。
奶制品：酸奶、冷凍新奇食品和點心。
糖果：蜜餞、口香糖、糕點、薄荷糖、巧克力、膠糖和果凍。
制藥：片劑、藥劑、無蔗糖糖漿，粉混劑及泡騰片劑。
